Kirsty's professional journey is marked by a transition from her initial degree in Marketing and Communication at Glasgow Caledonian University in 2002 to a career in the financial services industry. She spent a significant portion of her career, from 2002 to 2018, working in various capacities within this industry, which helped her gain valuable experience.

During her time in the financial services sector, Kirsty diversified her skill set by working as a trainer, manager, and in business development. These roles allowed her to develop expertise in areas such as team leadership, training methodologies, and business growth strategies within the financial services domain.

In February 2023, Kirsty took on the position of Operations Manager at H M Raitt, where her responsibilities include training staff, streamlining workflow processes, and optimizing overall performance. Additionally, she is tasked with ensuring that the business operations comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Kirsty's educational background in Marketing and Communication, combined with her extensive experience in the financial services industry, makes her a valuable asset to the H M Raitt team as an Operations Manager.
