Fraser Campbell

Fraser Campbell is the majority shareholder and owner of H.M. Raitt & Sons Ltd, assuming ownership in September 2025 after more than two decades of leadership within the business.

Fraser joined HMR in 2002 as Contracts Manager and quickly established himself as a key figure in the company’s continued growth and modernisation. He was appointed Managing Director in 2022, taking responsibility for the overall strategic direction and performance of the firm while maintaining close oversight of project delivery. Today, he leads all aspects of contracts undertaken by the company, including pricing, negotiation, design development, programming and contract finance, ensuring the high standards and reputation associated with HMR are consistently achieved.

A committed construction professional, Fraser became a member of the Chartered Institute of Building in December 2016. He holds a BSc in Construction Engineering and Management from the University of Strathclyde (1998) and has further strengthened his leadership capability with a CIM Level 7 Certificate in Strategic Management and Leadership.

Fraser combines deep technical knowledge with strong commercial awareness and is widely recognised for his expertise in construction management, contract negotiation, procurement and strategic planning. Under his stewardship, the company continues to evolve while remaining true to its heritage, values and commitment to quality.
